Environment Week
We had a fantastic Environment Week just before the half-term break.
The week started with everyone wearing green and having a 'Low Energy Day' at school. On this day, we minimised our energy use by turning the lights off, working without screens or Chromebooks, and limiting our printing and photocopying.
All the classes had a specific environmental theme to study, and we came together at the end of the week for a series of 'Sharing Assemblies'. We had lots of fun finding out what everyone had learnt and created during the week. We saw some lovely artwork, posters, poems, reusable bags, music and short films.
